PACE Endorsement Guide

This guide helps you inform the NDIS that you’ve chosen Optimum Plan Management as your plan managers.

Important Reminder: Before you begin services with Optimum Plan Management, please ensure you follow the instructions outlined below:

Call the NDIA 1800 800 110

Speak to a NDIA representative and introduce yourself. Advise them your plan is now under the new ‘PACE’ system.

Make your request

Explain that you would like to endorse Optimum Plan Management as your chosen plan manager for your NDIS plan.
