What We Do

As your NDIS Plan Manager, Optimum Plan Management will act as your personal bookkeeper. We will:

Track your expenditures against your budget
Reconcile your funds balances
Provide monthly statements of expenditure and available funding
Pay suppliers invoices on your behalf
Process your reimbursement claims
Participants/nominated representative liaison – email, phone etc
Consult participant/nominated representative on request, regarding decisions about how funds are spent.
Choose your providers if required
Assistsin the preparation of Service agreement with service providers
Schedule plan review consultation/advice
Communicate openly and honestly in a timely manner
