What We Do
As your NDIS Plan Manager, Optimum Plan Management will act as your personal bookkeeper. We will:
- Track your expenditures against your budget
- Reconcile your funds balances
- Provide monthly statements of expenditure and available funding
- Pay suppliers invoices on your behalf
- Process your reimbursement claims
- Participants/nominated representative liaison – email, phone etc
- Consult participant/nominated representative on request, regarding decisions about how funds are spent.
- Choose your providers if required
- Assistsin the preparation of Service agreement with service providers
- Schedule plan review consultation/advice
- Communicate openly and honestly in a timely manner
